Jessica, who owns the networkGetEYT Network HQ17 screensEight licensed studios on one screen. What she owns, what each studio owes, and what a buyer sees when they look at the network. The studio switcher at the top drops her into any one of them.Open
The network
What the network is talking about, and the announcements HQ needs studios to actually see.
Feed, Topics, Announcements, Moderation
Support
A studio owner has a question at 9:00 PM on a Sunday. Nobody is going to be sitting at a desk, so the question is what answers, in what order, and at what point a person is genuinely needed.
Network overview
Every licensed studio, one screen. This is what you own, and what a buyer sees when they look at the network.
Studios
Onboarding
A studio joining the network is a negotiation between two parties who see two different screens. This is the HQ half: every studio mid onboarding, the stage it is at, who the ball is with, and how long it has been sitting there. The studio half is on the second tab, screen by screen, exactly as the owner sees it.
Network cohorts
Every certification cohort running right now, the trainees inside them, and the ones waiting on a signature to finish.
All cohorts, Trainees, Curriculum, Certification queue
Revenue & royalties
Recurring membership revenue and one-time teacher-training revenue, split out the way an acquirer prices it. Royalties are calculated from platform data, not a spreadsheet.
Plans and usage
Two tiers, not an a la carte list. A studio starts on Base and moves up when its own usage says so, which is a different conversation from selling them an upgrade. This screen answers one question: who has outgrown the tier they are on.
Standards & Library
Standards, Compliance by studio, Required training, Audit log
Content library
What HQ pushes down to eight studios, the line between what a studio can touch and what it cannot, and the record that proves which version of the curriculum a studio was actually teaching on any given day.
Library, Push to studios, Versions, Rights and access
Retail catalogue
HQ negotiates once, studios order through the platform, and the margin between wholesale and manufacturer cost is a real revenue line for the network.
Products, Studio orders, Margins
Chat EYT
Your AI mentor, already live in production, now one module inside the platform. The same trained brain serves every student and every studio in the network.
Newsletters & blog
Write once here. Every studio sends it under their own name, from their own address, or opts out.
Network campaigns, Studio campaigns, Templates, The benchmark letter
Studio websites
All eight studio sites. Which template, when it was last published, and exactly what's broken.
Sites, Templates, Domains
Automations
People
Every person with a login across the network, who granted it to them, what it lets them see, and which credentials are about to lapse. In a licensed network the reporting line and the permission line are the same line.
Directory, Org tree, Access & permissions, Certifications
Ownership & data
What EYT actually owns, in concrete terms, and what happens to each piece if a vendor relationship or a studio's license ends.

Learning the platform
Not a second explanation of the product. The tour walks you through the job once. This is what you come back to: what changed since you were last here, and the eight things that are genuinely worth ten minutes each.
Home
Here is your studio at a glance. Everything below is live in the real platform.
Front desk
Maria's screen for an eight hour shift: who is walking in next, what to sell, and what needs fixing before a member has to ask.
Check in, Walk in sale, Today's problems, Scan in and come back
Inbox
Every text, email and in-app message in one thread per person. The studio has its own number, so replies come back here rather than to somebody's personal phone.
All, Unread, Assigned to me, Snoozed
Sell at the desk
What Core & Flow Austin sells to its own members, in the room, on a tablet. Buying that stock from EYT HQ is the other direction, and it lives in Ordering from HQ.
Sell, Products, Sales
Booking
Core & Flow Austin's fixed grid of reformers, mats and towers, one class at a time. Click any class to open its roster, waitlist and check-in.
Schedule, Class detail, Recurring series, Waitlist, Cancellation rules
Clients & Leads
Every member and every prospect in one place, with the segments and follow-ups that turn intros into memberships.
Members, Leads, Segments, One client
Payments
Every dollar that moved, what is stuck, and when it lands in your bank. This runs on your own Stripe account, not EYT's.
Transactions, Failed and retries, Payouts, Refunds
Memberships
Every plan, every pack, and the people on them. Set your own prices, every studio configures its own, and a plan that is quietly losing members does not stay quiet in here.
Plans, Members on a plan, Changes and pauses, Class packs
Payroll
What you owe your teachers this period, and the run that pays them. Rates live on each teacher in Team; this is the money leaving.
Reports
The questions a studio owner actually asks, already answered. Anything here exports to a spreadsheet in one tap.
Profit and loss, Overview, Attendance, Revenue, Retention, Instructor performance, Scheduled reports
Pricing calculator
Put in your real costs and it tells you what to charge and what to pay, for classes, memberships and teacher training. It recalculates as soon as you change a number.
Class pricing, Membership pricing, Teacher training pricing, Teacher pay
Ordering from HQ
The quarterly EYT catalogue. Studios order stock in bulk and pay through the platform, and see their margin before they commit.
Catalogue, Orders, Stock
Teachers
Your instructors and front desk, what they are paid, who covers a class, and who holds which EYT certification. Roles decide exactly what each person can see.
Team, Pay rates, Substitutions, Certifications
Teacher Training
Run your certification cohorts end to end: enrollment, tuition, curriculum and certificates. This is where the big revenue lives.
Cohorts, Cohort detail, Enrollment, Tuition, Certification
Student portal
What a teacher training student sees when they sign in, and what instructors see coming back. Written and multiple choice grade themselves, only the practical needs a person.
Students, Progress, Submissions, Certificates
Video library
The whole course, every workshop and the podcast, hosted here. Video is stored and encoded by Cloudflare Stream, the original master files sit in an R2 bucket, and nothing large ever passes through the app server. This is what retires Vimeo, and eventually Kajabi.
Library, Upload, Collections, Playback and access, Usage
Marketing
Campaigns, the lifecycle messages that run while you teach, and where your last 42 leads actually came from. This is the marketing layer, built into the studio rather than bolted on.
Campaigns, Automations, Audiences, Attribution, Jessica's library
Automations
Twenty seven rules that do a job. Each one says what fires it, what it then does, who it messages, and what it costs when it goes wrong. Three screens, in the order a person actually needs them: what you have, what it is about to do tonight, and what it already did.
The library, About to send, What it did, Build one, Guardrails
Reviews & referrals
Reviews get asked for after a good visit, never on a fixed schedule. Referrals track themselves, and pay out automatically.
Reviews, Requests, Referral program, Instructor ratings
Newsletters
EYT writes it once, this studio sends it under its own name. Every send is checked against a mailing address and a working unsubscribe link before it can go out.
Campaigns, Compose, Lists, Performance
Studio website
A real website for this studio at its own address, assembled from what the platform already knows. Nothing to maintain, because nobody maintains it.
Pages, Design, Domain, Booking widget
Blog
Public posts on the studio's own website. Headquarters can write once and offer it to every studio, or a studio can write their own.
Posts, Editor, SEO
Setup
The wizard that gets a new studio running, plus everything they can change later. Multiple choice, no blank boxes.
Studio, Apparatus and rooms, Staff access, Booking policy, Integrations, Billing, Bring your numbers over
