GetEYT

One platform to run the entire EYT network. Booking, teacher training, memberships, payments, video, your studios' websites and your own AI mentor, all under EYT's brand and owned by EYT.

Everything below is clickable. The software is built, and this is what it looks like.

Explore a studio's day Explore GetEYT HQ

You filled in the whole sheet. Every question, plus eleven things you added yourself that we had never discussed.

So this is not a proposal any more. The software is built and tested, and everything you asked for is either in it already or laid out screen by screen on the pages behind this one. Open a studio owner's Tuesday morning, then step up to headquarters and see all twenty studios at once.

The names and numbers in the screens are examples, not real studios. Everything else here is real.

What is left is not the software. It is a server to run it on, one real payment, and one real text message. Those three, in that order, are the whole distance between today and a link your licensees can click.

Where the build stands

The software is essentially finished. What is not done is connecting it to the outside world, and all three of those are on us.

things left, and none of them are the software

One real payment

Written and tested. It has never taken an actual card

One real text message

Same. The phone carriers have a queue, so this one starts now
Your answers, and what changed because of them

Seven questions, seven answers, and eleven features you added. Nothing was dropped and nothing was reinterpreted.

You named it GetEYT and bought the domain

So it is GetEYT everywhere. Point the domain at us when you are ready

$349, as the opening rate for this group

Your idea, and a better one than ours. Twenty studios is $6,980 a month

Each studio owns its own data

Enforced in the software and tested on every change, not a policy

Licensees range from a 2 to an 8 on tech

So every automation is a switch. Nobody ever sees a backend

Six things only you can decide

Everything on your list is being built either way. These are the places where your answer changes what it looks like.

Should the $349 opening rate be written into the licensee agreement?

Said out loud it is a promise. In writing it is a benefit round one owns, and a later rise is not a price rise on anybody

How should cohort attendance be recorded?

Instructor marks the room, student checks themselves in, or both. Teaching hours gate the certificate, so this decides what counts

When an instructor earns commission, on what?

The full amount, the amount after discount, or new members only. The one payroll rule that varies between studios

Should students sign in once, and find Chat EYT inside?

Our lean is one sign in for students, while Chat EYT keeps its own front door for everyone who is not one

Should studio websites carry EYT branding, their own, or a blend?

Decides whether the network reads as one brand or as twenty businesses sharing a certification

Do you want a hand in how GetEYT looks?

Easy to change now. Much harder once twenty studios have it on their door

I looked at everything first

Before writing a line of code, I did a full teardown of the studio-software market so whatever we build is genuinely the best version of this, with nothing you'd wish it had.

13
platforms torn down feature by feature
0
that are fully branded as yours on your own domain
4 of 13
even let a studio keep its own Stripe
4 of 13
can properly run teacher-training cohorts, your core business
The one thing none of them does cleanly: let every studio keep its own Stripe account and stay the merchant of record, while the whole platform lives on EYT's own domain and transfers cleanly when you sell. That combination is exactly why we build it, instead of renting a patchwork you'd have to explain to a buyer.
Every platform, side by side

The 13 platforms I compared, scored across what a studio network actually needs. They each do plenty well. The three columns on the right are the ones none of them close, and the exact reason we build EYT its own. Hover any platform name to see exactly where it falls short.

Everything you run today, moved into it

Right now EYT runs across a stack of separate tools that don't talk to each other. This isn't one more of them. We bring what you already use, Chat EYT, your current dashboard, your documents, into the one place your whole business lives, under a single EYT login.

Booking, payments, your CRM, teacher training, memberships, documents, payroll links and reporting all sit in one platform. Chat EYT, the mentor you already have live, embeds right in, so every studio and every student uses it without leaving. And when we bring you aboard, we migrate what you run today into it, your Chat EYT students and content, everything on your current dashboard, your documents. Nothing rebuilt from scratch, nothing left behind, and one screen where you finally see all of it at once.

Built to be sold

You told me the plan is to sell in the next year or two. This platform is designed for that day. When you own the software instead of renting a stack of vendor tools, three things happen a buyer pays for:

You own all the data.

Studios, students and finances transfer as one clean asset. Nothing held hostage by a vendor at closing.

It hands off clean.

Freely assignable, no lock-in, one-click export built in. A buyer steps in on day one.

Owned tech is worth more.

Proprietary, transferable systems widen the buyer pool and push the sale toward the top of the range.

The research, if you want the detail

I compared all 13 platforms across every capability that matters for a studio network. Here's the short version, by category. Open whatever you're curious about, or skip it, the mock-up already reflects all of it.

Booking & scheduling, the commodity engine Read

Every serious platform nails booking: class calendars, reformer-spot capacity, waitlists and check-in. Pike13, Mindbody, Momence, WellnessLiving, Mariana Tek and Walla are all deep here. This is the table-stakes layer, and we build it to the same bar.

The real decision isn't the calendar. It's everything wrapped around it, which is where these platforms pull apart.

Payments, and who owns the money Read

Only 4 of the 13 even let a studio bring its own Stripe: Pike13, Mariana Tek, GoHighLevel and SimplyBook.me. Mindbody, WellnessLiving, ClubReady, Vagaro, Momence, Arketa and Walla all route studio money through their own processor, so they sit between each studio and its cash.

And of the four that allow it, the most fitness-native one (Pike13) forces a different processor the moment you go headless. In EYT's platform, each studio keeps its own Stripe, its own payouts and its own dispute liability. Nobody in the middle.

Your brand, on your own domain Read

This is the single biggest gap in the whole category. All 13 stop at a branded member app. Not one rebrands the entire customer-facing platform onto a network's own domain under one name. The two with real reseller white-label (GoHighLevel, SimplyBook.me) aren't studio-native, so they can't run classes properly.

That lane is uncontested, and it's exactly what building it ourselves gives EYT: 100% EYT-branded, on EYT's own domain, top to bottom.

Teacher training & certification Read

Deep course and cohort support exists in only 4 of the 13. The platform with the best franchise tooling (Mariana Tek) has no teacher-training product at all. Most of the category treats courses as a bolt-on.

EYT runs certification cohorts twice a year per studio, so the platform treats enrollment, cohort rosters, tuition plans, curriculum hours and certificate-gating as first-class, not an afterthought.

The AI layer, Chat EYT Read

Every competitor's "AI" is a generic front-desk or marketing bot. None is a trained mentor in the actual discipline. Chat EYT is a domain-trained Pilates mentor, already live in production, and uniquely EYT's.

It doesn't need to be built, it needs to be embedded, so every studio and every student gets the same trained assistant inside their own portal.

Franchise & royalty tooling Read

A few platforms have real franchise engines (Mindbody, ClubReady, Mariana Tek, Walla), which is why big brands like Club Pilates and Pure Barre run on them. But those come bundled with payment lock-in and no white-label, or with no teacher-training at all.

Owning the platform means royalties are calculated from real network data automatically, and the franchise logic is built around how EYT actually licenses, not a generic template.

Built to be sold, the valuation angle Read

Since the plan is to sell in the next year or two, I looked at what actually moves a sale price. Owned, proprietary tech carries a documented valuation uplift on its own, and transferable systems plus recurring revenue push the multiple toward the top of the range.

A patchwork of rented vendor tools, each with its own branding, lock-in and exit terms, is worth less to a buyer and harder to hand over. One EYT-owned platform, with all the data and a clean export, is the asset a buyer pays up for.

The path, and how fast we can move

We can start now. I've got the whole summer free before my school year picks back up in the fall, so I can put real hours into this and get the heavy lifting done while I'm most available. Here's the shape of it, with rough timing.

Now, July
Discovery & scope
~2 weeks
I build the pilot
Summer
Small-group demos
December
Big demo at the retreat
After
Roll out the studios
Phase 1 · first two weeks of July

Discovery & scope

  • Lock the final feature list
  • Map what you run today
  • Pick a first-round cohort to test with
  • Agree the scope
Phase 2 · around two weeks

I build the pilot

  • The full platform, built solo
  • Proven pieces + open source, rebranded EYT
  • Fast because it's me and AI, not a dev team
  • Booking, payments, CRM, teacher training, Chat EYT
Phase 3 · over the summer

Small-group demos

  • A first-round cohort tests it live on Zoom
  • We shake out the bugs together
  • Keep iterating on Zoom until it's right
Phase 4 · December, then rolling

Retreat demo & rollout

  • The big demo at the network retreat
  • Then onboard studios in waves
  • Ongoing support and new features
On the roadmap, added as the network grows
  • Member-facing mobile booking app
  • Advanced reporting & BI exports
  • Role & permission controls
  • Guided studio onboarding wizard
  • Deeper marketing automations
  • Reviews & reputation engine

Everything in the platform is modular. Any of it can be added, hidden or customized as EYT changes, nothing is locked.

What it costs, roughly

We'll lock the real numbers together as we go, but here's the ballpark so you can plan. Nothing here is a fixed quote.

The platform build
Far below $200k

Built the traditional way, a team of developers coding it from scratch and running the servers, a platform like this runs around $200,000. I'm not going that route. I take what already works in today's best platforms, rebrand all of it as EYT, and lean on open-source tools plus my own AI and engineering background to build it as a solo developer instead of a whole team. That makes it far less expensive and much faster to ship. We can dig into the exact numbers together.

Per studio, monthly
~$200 to $250

All-in, per studio, per month, passed through at cost with no EYT markup, exactly the target in your brief. Each studio covers its own seat, so the network scales without growing your bill.

What it replaces
6+ tools, one bill

One platform instead of a separate booking app, CRM, email tool, payment stack, course product and document store, plus the vendor fees, logins and data silos that come with keeping them all apart.

These are ranges so you can plan, not a proposal. We'll set the real build number, the monthly, and how we structure it around how many studios you start with and how fast you roll out, whenever you're ready to dig in. It's built to fit EYT, not a cookie-cutter package.
Built for the day you have fifty studios

Designed from the start for a growing network and high-volume intake, so it keeps up when EYT does.

Scales from 15 to 50+ studios

No re-build as you add locations

Handles high-volume leads & bookings

Busy intake without slowing down

Bank-grade security

Payments via Stripe, each studio's data isolated

Managed, auto-scaling infrastructure

99.9% uptime target, no servers for you to run

August 12

The licensee meeting, the shares announcement, the demo and go live are all the same day. Round one should look small and flawless, and the roadmap is what makes it ambitious. On our call we will walk the screens together and settle the six questions above.
