Jessica has not confirmed this definition, so it orders these screens and nothing else in the product acts on it. A studio inside a notice to cure still passes the third condition, which is why Balance Bar reads as holding its licence while it is 21 days from terminable.

Ask the network

The same brain reading live numbers from every studio. It works because you own a network running one curriculum, which no competitor has.

Is it better to start classes on the quarter hour than the half?

Across the network, classes starting on the quarter hour fill to 84% against 71% on the half hour. The gap is widest at 6am and 5:30pm, where people are working around a commute.

Three studios switched this spring. All three gained, between 6 and 14 points of fill.

What happens to my margin if I reduce classes to 40 minutes instead of 50?

You could run two more classes a day in the same hours. Four studios already run 40 minutes.

Their revenue per instructor hour is 18% higher, but retention after 90 days is 4 points lower. It works where you are turning people away, and hurts where you are not full.

Core & Flow Austin is at 68% fill. I would not recommend it yet.

January and not September, because it is only worth anything once there are months of real numbers behind it. Built against sample data it would give confident answers from invented figures, and the first studio that followed one and lost money would never trust it again.

Kajabi is the source of enrolments until the courses move onto GetEYT. It sends one webhook per enrolment and nothing else.

An enrolment that never arrives is invisible, which is the one failure a webhook cannot report on itself. So the count is reconciled against Kajabi once a night, and a night with zero enrolments raises a flag rather than passing quietly.

These two are the ones a leaving studio argues about, and neither of them is an argument: both are already theirs in writing.

A patchwork of rented tools, each with its own branding and its own exit terms, is worth less and is harder to hand over. One owned platform with every asset already documented is the transferable thing a buyer pays up for.

The licence year is the window every licence obligation is counted in, including the 2 cohorts a year minimum. Everything is the one a diligence team asks for, and it carries the 1.4 TB of video.

This is the same export a buyer's diligence team is handed. Nobody at EYT builds a special one for them, which is the whole point: an export that only exists when a buyer asks is an export nobody has ever tested.

3. Access and keys

A studio owner sees their own Stripe account and their own subdomain and nothing else. Infrastructure keys are held by EYT's technical operator under a service agreement and move to EYT controlled accounts at handoff.

Card details do not come across automatically. Her members' cards sit with her old payment provider, most of whom want 30 days notice before they release them, and the transfer itself runs another six to eight weeks after that. Reformer House keeps its old billing running until it lands. Her students can book from day one either way.

Module 4 was re-shot in v1.1 after a cueing correction. Modules 7 and 8 are the third trimester and diastasis screening added in v2.0, which is what aligned this workshop to License Agreement v1.5.

A graduate from the Fall 2024 cohort who disputes what she was taught about supine work after 20 weeks can be shown the exact module her studio was on that day, unchanged. Retired masters are never deleted, because the licence outlives the curriculum.

Cutting a studio off is one action, and every link it ever held stops working at once. It does not reach a file somebody already saved, which is why taking the file is off by default on everything carrying the EYT name.
