Ask the network
Chat EYT reading live numbers from every studio and answering business questions with them. This is the one you wrote the most about.
Three studios switched this spring. All three gained, between 6 and 14 points of fill.
Their revenue per instructor hour is 18% higher, but retention after 90 days is 4 points lower. It works where you are turning people away, and hurts where you are not full.
Core & Flow Austin is at 68% fill. I would not recommend it yet.

The three months is a hard stop, which is what you asked for. What is not hard is the ending: keeping the history costs nothing and makes coming back a decision about price rather than about starting again.
One email to you, on the first, with the three lists you actually act on. It is not a dashboard you have to remember to open.
When you publish something new, everybody whose trial has ended gets three days back to ask about it. The content is the reason to return, not the discount.

The prenatal module converted twice as well and it is not because of the offer. It answers a question a working teacher has on a Tuesday. A three day window on content nobody needed is a discount nobody wanted.
What Kajabi has to send, and what happens when it does notUntil the migration
Kajabi is the source of enrolments until the courses move onto GetEYT. It sends one webhook per enrolment and nothing else, which is deliberately the smallest thing that can break.

An enrolment that never arrives is invisible, which is the one failure a webhook cannot report on itself. So the count is reconciled against Kajabi once a night and a night with zero enrolments raises a flag rather than passing quietly.

A patchwork of rented vendor tools, each with its own branding and exit terms, is worth less and harder to hand over. One EYT-owned platform, with every one of these assets already documented, is the transferable, proprietary asset a buyer pays up for.

Locked and editable are two different buckets with two different sets of keys, not a checkbox on one shared folder. A studio holds write access to the marketing bucket, so Core & Flow can drop its own name, hours and photo into the flyer. It holds no write access at all to the curriculum, so there is no sequence of clicks in which Maria changes a frame of the 200-Hour course, on purpose or by accident.

Pointer still resolves to v1 of the flagship workshop. Their trainees have been taught the February material since February.
No sync in 22 days, the same window as their overdue Safety SOP. An inactive studio stops syncing everywhere at once.
Jessica can prove, to the day, that both were sent v2 and that neither opened it. Under a licence agreement that matters more than the content itself, because it puts the failure on the studio and not on the network.

A graduate from the Fall 2024 cohort disputes what she was taught about spinal flexion in osteoporosis. Jessica can name the exact video id her studio's pointer resolved to on the day she sat that module, and play it back unchanged.

This is the difference between a content folder and a licensable product. Overwriting a file in place would have destroyed the only evidence Jessica has.

A download link for a manual or an SOP is minted on request and dies on a clock. Seven days is the longest one can ever be made to last, and this network sets 15 minutes. Treat one like cash: anybody holding it can use it until it expires, and it does not care who they are.
Fifteen minutes is enough for a studio owner to click and save. It is not enough to paste into a group chat on Monday and still work on Friday.
Cutting a studio off is one action: revoke its signing key. Every token that key ever produced stops working at once, everywhere, with no waiting for anything to expire.
That last row is the reason the master download stays off by default on everything that carries the EYT name. Revoking a key reaches every link. It does not reach a file somebody already saved.

Held until the data rights clause is signed
The first letter is written and the numbers behind it are real. It cannot go out. Seven of eight licences say nothing about using a studio's operating data to tell other studios anything, and silence is not consent.
This is the one thing on the roadmap that is worth more than every feature around it and is blocked by a paragraph. It becomes an industry data bank or it becomes a lawsuit, and the difference is one clause at renewal.

A benchmark letter that names studios stops being a benefit and becomes surveillance the moment somebody appears in it badly. Then nobody sends their schedule, and there is no letter.

Quarterly because the findings change slowly and a monthly letter would be padded within two issues. A studio that opts out of contributing still gets the letter, which sounds generous and is actually how you keep them in the network long enough to change their mind.

Six of the thirty-two logins are dark, and every one of them is at Balance Bar Pilates. They went out together on Aug 1 when the license review opened, which means nobody at that studio can check a member in or take a payment right now, including three instructors who have done nothing wrong.
Building the reporting line from the directory.
Every branch hangs off one grant. When Owen Fraser's access went dark on Aug 1, five instructor logins went with it, because Balance Bar's staff were granted by him and not by HQ. That is the correct behaviour for a licensed network and it is also the reason a suspension is never a quiet administrative act.
A signed license turns into a studio owner login. 8 grants issued to date, 1 still outstanding. This is the only door into the network and only Jessica holds it.
Lead trainers, instructors, front desk, scoped to that one studio. 22 staff logins across the network, every one traceable to the owner who issued it.
The chain stops here. A lead trainer can run a cohort and sign a 100-Hour, but cannot hand anyone a login, not even a substitute covering their own class.

This is the only request in the queue, and it has sat for three days. Reformer House signed its license on Jul 28 and cannot open a single class until this one button is pressed, which is what a grant chain buys you: one bottleneck, visible, with a name on it.

Five people in the entire network can sign a trainee off, and four studios have none of them. That is why Studio Verve's Whitney Alcaraz has been waiting nineteen days on a signature only Jessica can give, and why Priya Osei's two outstanding practicum hours at Austin have nowhere local to go. One assessor at Austin and one at Verve would take two of the six names off the certification queue permanently.
Onboarding
A studio joining the network is a negotiation between two parties who see two different screens. This is the HQ half: every studio mid onboarding, the stage it is at, who the ball is with, and how long it has been sitting there. The studio half is on the second tab, screen by screen, exactly as the owner sees it.

She signed the Reformer House licence on Jul 28 and asked for her login on Aug 3. The access grant has sat in your queue for three days, so there is nothing for her to sign in to.
Thirteen of the sixteen stages are stacked behind this one button, and tonight's automatic reminder has been held rather than text her to hurry up about a login she cannot use.

Stage 3 is the only row on this table with your name on it, and clearing it releases twelve of the rows underneath. Four days of the Stripe wait ran in parallel and were not wasted; three days of the sign-in wait were. That is the difference between a queue and a bottleneck, and it is the reason this board splits the ball holder out as its own column.

An automation that cannot see who is blocking will confidently blame the customer, and the customer is a licensee who has already paid. The rule is worth more than the nudge is, and it is the same rule the cure notice and the compliance chase need.
Isabel's sixteen screens
This is the studio half of the same flow, in order, from the email that lands in her inbox to the first reformer class on her own schedule. Every screen opens. Continue moves forward, Back moves back, and Finish later closes, because an owner starts this at 9pm and finishes it at 6am. Nine of the sixteen arrive pre filled from the network, and the screens say so rather than pretending she typed them.
Every one of these opens. A screen that says "review the licence" and then shows a summary card is the same dead end as a button that does nothing, except it takes longer to discover.

Six conditions, and no seventh. A studio that meets all six can publish its public booking page and take money the same afternoon. A studio that meets five cannot, and the screen names the one that is missing and the person who owns it. Everything else in the product can be half finished forever without anybody being harmed.

Five of the six are one screen each and none of them takes ten minutes. The gate is not slow because it is strict, it is slow because nobody has signed in. Grant the access and the realistic path to live is the same afternoon plus however long Stripe takes.
A gate that holds everything holds nothing, because the first time it keeps a signed licensee dark for a marketing PDF, somebody adds an override and then the override becomes the process. Six conditions, all of them about money or safety.
The publish button is present and unusable, with the reason under it, rather than hidden. A control that vanishes teaches nobody what to do next, and Jessica will be asked "why can't I open" by twenty owners in September.

Nine of these arrive answered, five need the owner, and one needs a person at HQ only when an import breaks. The five that need a human are the five nobody else can answer: what they spend, who they hired, their own bank, their own EIN, and their own client list. Everything else is a template, and a template costs the same for the hundredth studio as the second.
Five human touches per studio, four of them once and one of them occasional. At twenty studios that is roughly two days of Jessica's month, and it lands on the four things where a wrong answer costs money, not on retyping an address the licence already contains.
Automations across the network
Which rules are running at which studio, where a studio has switched off something the licence agreement requires, and the values the network sets and locks. You see that a rule fired and how many people it reached. You do not see who they were. Showing 8 of roughly 80 host studios, worldwide and across both hemispheres, so every time on this page is the recipient's own local time and never yours.
Quiet hours are 8:00am to 9:00pm in the recipient's own local time. Across roughly 80 host studios worldwide, 214 messages are currently queued to arrive outside that window for the person receiving them. This is the single number that argues for letting a member set their own notification window, and it is the number to watch afterwards.

The column that matters is the last one, not the counts. Studio Verve runs the fewest rules and is the only studio losing money to a rule being off, and Align Studio Nashville runs almost as few and is fine. A network console that ranked studios by rule count would have flagged the wrong one.

Maria Delgado turned the credential alert off because it was sending weekly. The network default sends three times, at 60 days, 30 days and 7 days, and never weekly. She was running a cadence she had configured herself and blamed the rule.
- Locking it fixes her complaint rather than overriding it
- It prevents the same 16 day gap at every other host studio forever
- She will see a lock on her row, your name, and a button to ask you to change it
Elise Navarro will not charge members she knows. Locking the rule makes her charge them, which is the network taking a position on how she runs a 205 member studio. The 12 hour window is a licence term. The two fee amounts are not, and she can set them to whatever she wants.

Six exceptions in twelve months across eight studios, and five of them were a misunderstanding rather than a refusal. The one real refusal is Scottsdale, and the answer there is a conversation about the fee amount, not a lock. A network that locks everything after one incident spends the next year fielding requests to unlock.

Five locks, one default, and three problems no lock can reach. The three unlocked problems are worth more than the five locks combined, because a time zone field, a member notification window and storing a recurring class as a local time plus a zone fix every early send at all 80 studios at once. The locks only fix the studios that get it wrong, and none of the three is something a studio could get wrong in the first place.

A session that has been idle for four days is the one worth ending. It is almost never the device you are reading this on.
Recovery, trusted devices and sign in historyRarely changed
Every sign in, successful or not, is kept for 12 months with the device and the approximate location. It is the one log that cannot be turned off, because it is the only evidence available after an account is misused.
Named events, not categories. Every row here is a specific thing that happens, so you can decide whether you want to know about that thing.
The cure period alert is the one that cannot sensibly be off. It starts a 30 day clock on somebody else's business and you are the only person who can stop it.

The row that matters is who may invite an owner. An owner invite is a licence, and a licence issued by a studio rather than by you is a licence you did not price.

Kept, anonymised and deleted are three different answers and only one of them is a promise. A payment record survives a deletion request because tax law says so, and telling a member it was deleted when it was not is the worse failure.

Network HQ never reads a member record. It reads counts. That is the boundary the whole network model rests on and it is not a preference.
The outside systems this account touches, and what each one actually holds. A connection is a copy of your data somewhere else, so the second column matters more than the first.
A stale certificate on a studio site is not a website problem. It is a booking widget that browsers will start refusing, at a studio already on day 9 of a cure period.
Adding, removing, and what a disconnection doesRarely changed
The rows every studio inherits and no studio can change. This is the licence, expressed as settings. Everything here appears on a studio's own screen with a lock beside it and your name under it.
Changing a locked row changes it in eight studios on the next page load, and writes an audit entry with your name on it in all eight. There is no draft state and no per studio exception.

Every settings change in this product writes one of these. It cannot be turned off and it cannot be edited, including by the person it names.
The audit trail is what makes the rest of this product safe to delegate. A front desk with a $50 refund ceiling and a name on every use is safer than a front desk that has to ask.
Developer, support access and the product tourRarely changed
The tour is interactive rather than a document. It spotlights the real screen, dims the rest, and stops wherever you stop. Nothing it clicks changes anything.
Plans and usage
Two tiers, not an a la carte list. A studio starts on Base and moves up when its own usage says so, which is a different conversation from selling them an upgrade. This screen answers one question: who has outgrown the tier they are on.
Two studios went past Base this month
Align Studio Nashville sent 2,410 texts against an allowance of 2,000, and Core & Flow Austin sent 2,340. Neither was warned, neither was cut off, and both are running the class reminder that is the single most useful rule in the product.
Nothing was throttled, on purpose. A studio that hits its ceiling mid month and watches reminders stop sending learns that the ceiling is the product, and cancels. The overage is carried and the conversation happens at the end of the cycle.

2,000 texts is roughly 42 classes a week with a reminder on each, which is what Core & Flow runs. It is deliberately close to the real number rather than generous, because an allowance nobody ever reaches teaches nothing about who should move up.
For a studio that is also a media business: hosting its own class library, using Ask EYT all day, running the network's content on its own site.

The video allowance is the reason this tier exists. A studio hosting its own classes here is not paying Vimeo, so the upgrade replaces a bill they already have rather than adding one.

How a studio moves up, and how it moves back downBoth directions
A studio that watches its class reminders stop sending on the 22nd learns that the ceiling is the product. It cancels, and it tells the Facebook group why. Carrying the overage costs a few dollars and keeps the studio.

Both open rows are one field each once they are answered. Nothing else on this screen changes, which is why the screen was built without them rather than waiting.
Support
A studio owner has a question at 9:00 PM on a Sunday. Nobody is going to be sitting at a desk, so the question is what answers, in what order, and at what point a person is genuinely needed.
Three layers, and only one of them is hired
Ask EYT answers first, from a written database of answers rather than from a guess. What it cannot answer goes to a voice line. What the voice line cannot close goes to a person, and there is no person yet.
That is the honest state of it. Layer three is a plan with a cost next to it, not a hire, and it is drawn here as not started rather than left off the picture.

Ask EYT already answers pilates questions from the curriculum. Product questions are a different thing and they get a different source: 84 written answers, each one attached to the screen it is about.
The 26 gaps are the most valuable thing on this page. Each one is a question a real owner asked that nobody had written down, and writing it down retires that question for the whole network.

Seven owners asked whether the network can see their member list. That is not a support question, it is a trust question, and it being asked seven times says the licence does not answer it plainly enough.

The trigger for hiring is not a studio count. It is layer two closing under half of what reaches it, or layer three taking more than a day. Hiring on a studio count means hiring before there is work.
