SMS Program Terms

1. Program description

NetRyse operates a transactional SMS program to confirm and remind end users of strategy calls they book with us through the Calendly scheduling widget embedded at netryse.com/#book (Calendly event URL: calendly.com/netryse/30min). Messages are tied one-to-one to a booked event. The program does not send marketing, promotional, recurring, or cross-sell content.

2. How to opt-in

End users opt-in only by completing a booking in the Calendly widget and affirmatively enabling text-message reminders during booking. Phone number entry is required only from users who wish to receive these transactional reminders. No purchase is required to opt-in.

3. Messages you will receive

After a successful booking you will receive up to three (3) messages tied to that event:

  • A booking confirmation immediately after you book.
  • A reminder approximately one (1) hour before the scheduled call.
  • A reminder approximately five (5) minutes before the call with the meeting join link.

If you book multiple events, each event generates its own independent set of up to three messages.

4. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on how many events you book. Please check with your mobile carrier for applicable charges.

5. How to opt-out

You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or REVOKE to any message from NetRyse. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe after opting out you would need to book a new event and enable text reminders again.

7. Supported carriers

Most major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your phone number is collected solely to deliver the transactional messages described above. NetRyse does not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or consent with any third party for marketing purposes.
